Note : SNB means Stervian Navy Base. OSNF stands for Oceanic Strategic Naval Force and CGC for Coast Guard Corps.

Operations area 1 : Center
 
Main bases :
1: SNB Derooy (Port Militaire de Mishart)
2. SNB Al-Qabus
 

This area covers the heart of the Stervian power, i.e. main trading ports between the Brolecia and Branduin valleys and overseas. It includes the strategic passage point of the Mauré Strait and areas giving access to it (Trans-Mauré Sea, Big Three Bay, western San Patricio coastline, eastern Rian Sea). The main issue here is therefore the security of the northern flank of Mainland Stervia.

 
Main and secondary bases in this area give shelter to units from:
 
1st Fleet (OSNF1)
2nd Fleet (OSNF2)
1st Coast Guard Corps (CGC1)
Strategic Reserve & Training Force (SRTF)
 


   
Operations area 2 : Melanian Sea
 
Main bases :
3. SNB Saulnoy
 
This area covers most of the Melanian Sea, allowing control over the southern half of the Delgamian continent. The main issues are here:
 
security of the Brovoyoakes
watch over the Mestonia Park Area coastline
free access to the Tundric Ocean and to the Cislendian Ocean
smuggling, piracy and slavery prevention and repression
protection of Stervian and foreign peaceful merchant trade
 
In the very geographic center of the area, SNB Saulnoy is the home of units from:
 
2nd Fleet (OSNF2)
2nd Coast Guard Corps (CGC2)
3rd Coast Guard Corps (CGC3)
 
   
Operations area 3 : West
 
Main bases :
4. SNB Olonnois (Port Militaire de Shiraz)
5. SNB Duc d'Albre (Port Militaire d'Aage)
 
This area covers the western approaches to Mainland Stervia. Main issues are :
 
security of Mainland Stervia
free access to the Cisgronkian Ocean
smuggling, piracy and slavery prevention and repression
protection of Stervian & foreign peaceful merchant trade

Operations area 4 : South
 
Main bases :
6. SNB Ruyter
 
This area covers the southern part of the Melanian Canal, the Sea of Shadows and the Kalesthesian Straits. Main issues here are :
 
free access to the Great Southern Ocean
smuggling, piracy and slavery prevention and repression
protection of Stervian & foreign peaceful merchant trade
